Tasteful Scrub.

DIY Scrub using oatmeal (:


An in expensive way to get supple soft hands with ingredients you can find at your own home. A quick remedy to solve dry flaky hands and cast away the dead skins.

The product contains :
- 100% Quaker rolled oats
- Sugar
- Natural Flavouring
- Salt
- Soya

What Ingredients you need?
- 1 tbsp Oat (Doesn't need to be the one shown in picture)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil or Baby oil
- 1 tbsp Milk



How to...?
This is one easy scrub to do in 10 minutes, that will leave your hand supple and soft, exfoliating the dead skin.

1. Crushing the oats, if it appears large
2. Put all ingredients
3. Mix well
4. Apply to hand and scrub gently
5. Add warm water to make a slight paste
6. Wash with warm water
7. It will smell luscious (:
hehe don't be tempted to eat it.

What so good?

Oats: Is hypoallergenic and helps soften skin, it has one of the best amino acid balance of cereal grains. Oats have been
clinically proven to help heal dry, itchy skin . It has fine granules that enable to remove the dead skins cells.

Milk:
This has a lot of calcium and can soften your hands. Also giving protein to your nails helping them to grow healthier. As it has vitamin D which promote growth.

Olive Oil: This has hydrating abilities and anti-ageing properties. It contains vitamin E and Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids. it also can help with scars, it won't get rid of them but reduce redness and soften.

Honey: This is an anti-ageing product that will help your skin glow and smooth. Honey has the ability to retain moister and keep your skin hydrated. the natural antioxidants and anti-microbial properties help protect skin from damage and sun ray, and ability to rejuvenate the skin.




This is an effective that will leave your skin soft and rejuvenated. As sometime the products you buy may not be as effective as natural ingredients you have at home. You should try this at home. see what you think, this also could be used as a foot exfoliation as well. Remember to moisture your hand/foot after uses (: ,

    All I do is just use a lot of hang lotion and creams haha :P no spa treatment for my hands! :P
